The Industrial Agenda 21 was started off with the aim of establishing a methodology that would complement and complete the Local Agenda 21 in the companies section.

This project sets out to offer free environmental advice to all the Goierri region's companies and local councils. The basic aim is to capture local councils' and companies' needs for environmental support and provide them with help to meet these needs (trading/business start-up licences, liquid and solid waste, atmospheric emissions etc.)
