Goieki's Incubator has 2 blocks of buildings available to provide temporary accommodation for new business initiatives. This project is co-financed by the European Union.

We have two blocks of buildings, one with an area of 360 m² intended for industrial companies and the other, measuring 450 m², intended for services companies. Both are fully fitted out; hence we can offer temporary accommodation to new industrial companies which are going to start up through Goieki's Incubator.

Thus these companies will be able to commence production with a set of fixed costs which will be lower than what they would have to pay in normal market conditions.

To gain access to the business centre, new companies will have to be innovative, connected with new technologies and/or they must offer an added value in the region.
