The regional Agenda 21 consists of three working parties: social council, economic council and environmental and territorial council. They are of a consultative nature and are made up of representatives of regional organizations. The main functions are working together on management and defining regional policies for particular sectors that will encourage sustainable development through debates, discussion and suggestions.
